Recently, in order to further improve the service level of inter-bank payment and facilitate customers' payment experience, the General Clearing Center of the Central Bank of China launched a new service -- mobile phone number payment based on the online inter-bank Payment Clearing System (IBPS).
It supports inter-bank payment by providing the recipient's mobile phone number automatically associated with the bank card number.

  
At present, 159 banks including Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, China Merchants Bank, Industrial Bank, Minsheng Bank, China CITIC Bank, Everbright Bank, Ping An Bank, Guangfa Bank, Bank of Ningbo, Bank of Nanjing, Bank of Dalian, Bank of Changsha, Guizhou Rural Credit Cooperative, Jilin Rural Credit Cooperative and HSBC have opened the mobile phone number payment service.
