Requirements for Employment
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance;
2. 5-8 years of working experience in financial management, more than 3 years of working experience in the same position in the real estate industry, with multiple project financial management experience at the group level;
3. Proficient in accounting, financial management and accounting requirements of real estate development enterprises;
Be familiar with the key links of real estate fund revenue and expenditure and related real estate policies;
Familiar with national and local financial policies, laws and regulations;
Proficient in financial accounting software;
